Analysis of the Group Structure of Delegates in the National Party Congress since the Reform and Opening-up

改革开放以来,中国共产党全国代表大会制度的发展进入了一个新的阶段。随着政治体制改革的不断推进,党代会制度也在不断完善和发展。其中,增强党代会的合理性,扩大党代会的代表性,树立党代会的权威性,始终是党代会制度建设的重要方面。改革开放至今,我们党先后召开八次全国代表大会,作为党的历史缩影,党代表群体结构的变化反映了党代会制度的与时俱进,体现了党内民主的发展与进步。

Since the reform and opening-up, the development of the CPC national congress system has entered a new stage. Along with the party and the national political system reform unceasingly advancing, the National Party Congress systems also gradually perfect and develop. Among them, strengthening the rationality of the party congress, expanding the representation of the party congress and establishing the authority of the party congress are always important aspects of construction of party congress system. Since the reform and opening up, our party has held eight national congresses successively. As a miniature of the party’s history, the changes in the group structure of party delegates not only reflect the progress of the party congress system with the times, but also show the direction of the development and progress of democracy within the Party.
