摘要
利用2000—2015年中国31个省市区的面板数据,运用系统广义矩估计法实证检验了住房价格、劳动力流动对非农产业集聚的影响效应。研究发现,房价对非农产业集聚产生倒U形的动态影响,呈现出先促进后抑制的作用趋势;高房价对劳动力产生挤压效应,进而不利于非农产业集聚发展。进一步分析发现,房价和劳动力流动对非农产业集聚的影响存在显著的区域差异,其中,劳动力流动对东部非农产业集聚的影响显著为负,而对中西部非农产业集聚则产生促进作用。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2000 to 2015, this paper empirically tests the effect of housing price and labor flow on the non-agricultural industry agglomeration by way of systematic and generalized method of moments. It has been found that the housing price has an inverted U-shaped and dynamic effect on the non-agricultural industry agglomeration, taking on the tendency of promoting first and then suppressing. High housing price and labor flow have an heterogeneous effect on labor force, which is unfavorable to the development of non-agricultural industry agglomeration. Further study has also found that there exist remarkable region differences in the effect of housing price and labor flow on the non-agricultural industry agglomeration, among which labor flow has a negative effect on the eastern non-agricultural industry agglomeration, and a positive effect on the central and western non-agricultural industry agglomeration.
