摘要
为了解决电力用户非接触式费控卡表交互故障难以诊断的问题,设计了一种费控卡表交互故障测试装置。该装置在智能电表和购电卡交互状态下,监视并存储射频交互信号,并从中提取射频信号时频域特征值及通信报文信息进行分析,同时为降低射频交互信号噪声,提高时频域特征提取精度及报文解析准确度,采用小波包与SVD结合的方法对采样信号进行降噪处理。测试结果表明,该装置可准确地诊断费控卡表交互故障,切实提升了现场操作人员的故障处理效率。
In order to solve the problems of interactive faults of power customers’non-contact cost control card meters which are difficult to be diagnosed, a diagnosis device for interactive faults of cost control card meters is designed. Under the interactive condition between the smart meter and the electricity purchase card, the device can monitor and store RF interactive signals in which time frequency domain eigenvalues and communication message information can be extracted and analyzed. At the same time, in order to reduce the RF signal noise, and improve the extraction precision of time frequency domain features and the analysis accuracy of message, a method which combines wavelet packet and SVD is used to reduce the noise of sampling signals. Test results show that the device can accurately diagnose interactive faults of cost control card meters, which effectively improves the fault treatment efficiency of field operators.
