摘要 天生桥二级电站3F机组调速器改造后进行一次调频动作试验时,机组边界功率附近发生了负荷波动及逆功率运行两种异常工况。通过对机组异常运行工况进行分析,提出在功率边界限制一次调频动作幅度的方法,成功解决了功率波动及逆功率的问题。 During the action test of primary frequency regulation of 3F unit after the modification of its governor in Tianshengqiao second cascade hydropower station, two abnormal operation conditions including power fluctuation and reverse power operation happened at the power boundary of the unit. By the analysis of the abnormal operation conditions of the unit, a method to limit the amplitude of primary frequency regulation at the power boundary is proposed, which successfully solved the problems of power fluctuation and reverse power operation.
