摘要 对一起500 kV气体绝缘金属封闭组合电器(GIS)断路器放电故障进行分析。通过解体检查和试验分析,确定该起故障放电闪络位置为绝缘拉杆,并给出了故障的直接原因和根本原因。为了防止类似故障再次发生,从绝缘拉杆的生产工艺、安装、检测和GIS断路器日常维护等方面提出相关建议。 A discharge fault of a 500 kV gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) circuit breaker is analyzed. By inspection under disassembled condition and test analysis, the discharge flashover position of the fault is determined as the insulated tension pole, and the direct reason and the fundamental reason of the fault are given. In order to prevent similar fault from happening again, relevant suggestions on the production process, installation and test of insulated tension pole and daily maintenance of GIS circuit breaker and so on are proposed.
