摘要
战略人才培养始终是一个"世界性难题"。"钱学森之问"集中而深刻地暴露了中国战略人才培养过程中所存在的问题。在中国的战略人才培养上,各方需要改变审视"人"的思维,实行系统教育,把受教育者作为一个完整的"人"来对待;转变对待"人"的观念,实行协同教育,让多方参与到战略人才的培养过程中来;变革选择"人"的制度,实行优化教育,让杰出的人才来培养杰出的人才。
Strategic talent training has always been a global problem.^The Asking of intensively and profoundly exposes the shortcomings in the process of China' s education and its training of strategic talents. In terms of cultivating strategic talents in China , all parties need to convert their thinking of treating " human beings " by carrying out systematic education and treating educated people as a complete " person ", to change the values of treating " human beings " by implementing coordinated education so that various parties can participate in the training of strategic talents , and to update the system of choosing carrying out optimal education and employing outstanding talents to cultivate outstanding talents.
