摘要 国务院提出的"工匠精神"为职业教育人才培养指明了方向。本文从中职班主任工作实际出发,探讨培育学生"工匠精神"的重要性以及影响因素,并提出"加强思想教育、营造氛围、精细管理、以身作则、搭建平台"的有效培育途径。 The craftsman spirit put forward by the State Council has pointed out the direction for the training of vocational education talents.Starting from the practical work of head teachers in secondary vocational schools,this paper explores the importance and influencing factors of cultivating the students' craftsman spirit,and puts forward effective ways,such as strengthening ideological education,creating the atmosphere,adopting fine management,setting examples and building platforms.
