摘要
页岩气开采过程中需要对采气树出气进行节流减压处理,然后通过管网输送至集输站进行集中处理。节流减压过程一方面使巨大的压力能损失,另一方面为了防止节流降温形成冰堵和预防水合物的形成,又需要保温处理,消耗燃料,造成双重浪费。若能采用螺杆膨胀机和针型阀二级减压流程,通过膨胀机回收调压过程中的压差能量用于发电,为气井生产设备提供电能,将产生巨大的经济效益。本文提出了井口页岩气通过单螺杆膨胀机减压发电方案,并通过调研涪陵焦石坝页岩气开采现状,从技术、成本等方面分析了方案的可行性。
Shale gas production process requires throttling and decompression treatment of gas tree outlet,and then transported through pipe network to gathering station for centralized treatment.Throttling and decompression process on the one hand makes enormous pressure energy loss,on the other hand,in order to prevent throttling and cooling ice plugging and prevent hydrate formation,but also need heat preservation treatment,consumption of fuel.If the screw expander and needle valve two-stage decompression process can be used to recover the pressure difference in the process of pressure regulation through the expander can be used to generate electricity for gas well production equipment,it will produce enormous economic benefits.This paper puts forward a scheme of shale gas generation by single screw expander,and analyzes the feasibility of the scheme from the aspects of technology and cost by investigating the present situation of shale gas production in FulingJiaoshiba.
