摘要 根据机采系统实际生产的现状,分析和找出影响抽油机系统效率低、能耗高的主要矛盾,结合游梁式抽油机的结构和运行特点,研究和应用了智能伺服控制技术。精确控制地面抽油机运行状态,实现"机-杆-泵"协调平稳运行,减少冲程损失,降低冲击载荷,提高了泵效,有效地延长了设备使用寿命。 This essay looks into the factual condition of pumping unit system and try to find out the causes of low pumping efficiency and substantial energy cost.And the essay purposes that the smart servo control technology should be intensively developed to match the particular structure and characteristics of beam pumping unit,by which manner the operation condition of beam pumping unit can be precisely manipulated.And then the beam,the sucker rod and the motor may run in a stable and well-coordinated manner as desired,that may cut the loss of every stroke and lower the load and boost the pumping efficiency and lengthen the expectance of the unit.
