摘要 大港油田稠油油藏动用地质储量占比大,原油黏度高,开采能耗大,油藏整装程度低,无法配套蒸汽驱、火烧油层等热采开发技术。常规抽油机举升需配套电加热、井筒掺水、加药等降黏措施辅助生产,一次性投入及运行维护成本高,因此,高黏稠油油藏面临降低投入、降低运行能耗的技术需求。大港油田开展电动潜油螺杆泵稠油冷采工艺研究试验,取得成功,为大港油田区块效益开发提供了有效技术途径。 Heavy oil reservoirs in Dagang Oilfield have a large proportion of geological reserves,high crude oil viscosity and high energy consumption.The degree of reservoir filling is low,and the thermal recovery technologies such as steam flooding and fire oil formation can not be matched.Conventional pumping unit lifting needs auxiliary production measures such as electric heating,wellbore water mixing,adding medicine,and so on.The one-time investment and operation and maintenance costs are high.Therefore,high viscous heavy oil reservoirs are in urgent need of new technologies that can reduce investment and reduce energy consumption.Dagang Oilfield has started to promote the research and test of heavy oil cold recovery technology with electric submersible screw pump,which has achieved success and provided an effective technical way for the benefit develop pment of Dagang Oilfield block.
