自动控制技术在注入站的应用

摘要 在高含水油田开发后期,注聚合物以及后续水驱注水开发是主要增产手段。但目前注入站传统的注入方式存在控制难度大、调控效率低,注入压力与注入量不匹配导致的系统能耗高的问题。针对注聚、配水主要环节,从流量精准调控配注出发,应用PLC进行流量计底数采集,通过上位机控制,优化自动调控程序,实现了母液注入量以及单井注入量的精准自动控制,提高了注入效率,降低了注入能耗。在提高注入效率、降低人为误差同时,年累计节电可达22.4×104kWh。 In the later stage of high water cut oilfield development,polymer injection and subsequent water flooding are the main means of stimulation.But at present,the traditional injection mode of injection station has the problems of difficult control,low regulation efficiency and high energy consumption caused by the mismatch between injection pressure and injection quantity.Aiming at the main links of polymer injection and water distribution,starting from precise flow control and injection allocation,the bottom number of flowmeter is collected by PLC.Through the control of upper computer,the automatic control program is optimized.The precise automatic control of mother liquor injection and single well injection is realized,which improves injection efficiency and reduces injection energy consumption.In addition to improving injection efficiency and reducing human error,the annual energy saving can reach 224 000 kWh.
