摘要
针对文南油田低液面、低产能井应用HL级高强度抽油杆导致抽油机井悬点载荷过大,地面提升设备要求过高,消耗能源过大等问题,为了满足油井节能降耗,降低地面设备成本,在文南油田中采用了"HY级超高强度抽油杆深抽"技术。从技术分析角度阐述了HY级超高强度抽油杆与HL级抽油杆的性能参数对比,由于HY级超高强度抽油杆性能指标更高,在油井设计应用中可实现二级杆组深抽。2014年成功运用6井次HY级超高强度抽油杆进行深抽,最大泵挂深度达3 000 m。使用HY级抽油杆可延长检泵周期,降低设备投资,节约能源,减少生产运行维护成本。自2015年起,此抽油杆逐步用于深抽井中。
In view of many limiting factors such as leading to the pumping well overloading,high demand for ground lifting equipment,high energy consumption of applying HY level high strength sucker rod in low level and low productivity wells of WennanOilfield.To meet the energy saving and consumption reduction of oil Wells and reduce the cost of ground equipment,quote the technology of HY level high strength sucker rod deep pumping.Introduce the performance parameters of HY level high strength sucker rod in contrast with HL level in the aspect of technical analysis,because of the better performance of the former,two stage assembly come true in the design of wells.HY level high strength sucker rod was designed six times to deep pumping in 2014 in Wennanoilfied,the biggest pump deep was 3000m,effect was remarkable,pump inspection period extended,investment in equipment reduced,energy was saved,the cost of production run and maintenance reduced,production increased.HY level high strength sucker rod has started to promote and apply step by step in deep pumping wells since 2015.
