大功率永磁同步电动机在注水、集输系统应用研究

摘要 目前桩西采油厂注水、集输系统仍有大量Y系列、YB系列电动机在用,该系列电动机因设计效率低、损耗高,已列入国家淘汰产品目录。永磁同步电动机具有结构简单、质量轻、损耗小、效率高、功率因数高等优点。近年来,随着55 kW以上大功率永磁同步电动机生产技术的成熟,为了提高设备能效水平,降低电量损耗,桩西采油厂在注水、集输系统开展大功率永磁同步电动机的应用研究,达到节能降耗的目的。 At present,a large number of Y series and YB series motors are still in use in the water injection and gathering system of Zhuangxi Oil Production Plant,which are inefficient in design and high in loss,and have been listed in the national eliminated product catalogue.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of simple structure,light weight,low loss,high efficiency and high power factor.Recently,with the maturity of production technology of high-power PMSM over 55 kW,in order to improve the energy efficiency level of equipment and reduce power loss,Zhuangxi Oil Production Plant has developed high-power PMSM in water injection and gathering system.Applied research to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
