摘要
选取我公司2014年度所调云南地区的优质烤烟,包括云南曲靖的宣威、富源、麒麟、马龙、罗平五个地区。对五个地区烟叶样品进行纤维素测定。烟叶成熟采收后,取烤后B2F、C3F和X2F三个等级的烟叶,分别测其全纤维素、半纤维素、α-纤维素的含量;并对其与烟叶的化学成分和感官质量进行相关分析。
The research is based on the selection of high quality cured tobacco purchased by my company from Yunan Province in 2014,including Yunnan Qujing Xuanwei,Fuyuan,Qilin,Malong and Luoping,and determination of cellulose in leaf samples from the five regions respectively.After tobacco leaf harvest,take the flue-cured B2F,C3F and X2F three grades of tobacco leaf,measure the whole cellulose,hemi-cellulose,α-cellulose content respectively,and compare the results with tobacco leaf chemical components and sensory quality for correlation analysis.
