浙江省特色农产品优势区农民增收机制分析——以香榧中国特色农产品优势区为例

On the Mechanism of Increasing the Income of Farmers in the Preponderant Area of Characteristic Agricultural Products in Zhejiang Province——Take the Advantageous Area of Torreya Chinese Characteristic Farm Produce as an Example

在农业供给侧结构性改革和农业提质增效背景下,特色农产品优势区如何发挥资源禀赋优势,促进农业发展,农民收入增长,论文以此为基础展开分析。论文选择香榧中国特色农产品优势区之例,从金融服务、土地流转、科技进步、政策支持四个方面,探讨特色农产品优势区农民增收机制。理论分析、实证分析揭示上述四个方面对农民增收作用是显著的,尤其是金融服务的作用最为突出。论文在提升金融服务水平、提高科技对农业贡献率、加大宏观政策支持力等方面提出政策建议。

Under the background of supply-side structural reform of agriculture and improvement of agricultural quality and efficiency,the present paper analyzes how to give play to the advantages of resource endowment so as to promote agricultural development and increase farmers’income in the preponderant area of characteristic agricultural products.It explores the mechanism of increasing farmers’income from four aspects:financial services,land circulation,scientific and technological progress,and policy support in a case study of torreya’s preponderant area of characteristic agricultural products.Theoretical analysis and empirical analysis reveal that the above four aspects,especially financial services,have significant effects on the increase of farmers’income.The paper finally puts forward some suggestions on improving financial services,increasing the contribution of science and technology to agriculture,and strengthening macro-policy support.
