摘要
在界定城镇化质量内涵的基础上,构建了城镇化质量和规模评价指标体系,采用均方差权值法,对2009年~2015年山东省17地市的城镇化质量与规模进行评价.建立空间统计模型及耦合协调度模型,对城镇化质量与规模的时空分异、耦合协调度进行测算.研究结果表明:1)在青岛、济南两个核心城市的带动下,山东省城镇化质量与规模发展水平总体呈上升趋势.2)城镇化质量与规模表现出区域间不协调的空间格局,城镇化规模集聚性优于质量,山东半岛城镇化规模集聚性强.3)山东省城镇化质量与规模整体协调性较高,随时间推移逐步提升并且表现出从沿海向内陆逐渐降低的趋势.
On the basis of defining the concept of urbanization quality,an evaluation index system for urbanization quality and scale was constructed.The quality and scale of urbanization about 17 cities in Shandong Province from 2009 to 2015 were measured by mean-squared deviation weight method.Then the spatial statistical model and the coupled coordination model were introduced to calculate the space-time differentiation and coupling coordination degree of the quality and scale of urbanization.The results show as follows.1)Driven by the two core cities of Qingdao and Jinan,the quality of urbanization and the scale development in Shandong Province are generally on the rise.2)The quality and scale of urbanization show an uncoordinated spatial pattern of interregionalization.Urban agglomeration is better than quality,and urbanization in Shandong Peninsula is highly concentrated.3)The overall coordination of urbanization quality and scale in Shandong Province is relatively high.It gradually increases over time and shows a trend of decreasing from the coast to the inland.
