内皮微粒与肾脏疾病研究进展

摘要 内皮微粒是近年来研究热点,它是由内皮细胞在活化、凋亡等刺激下释放的一类亚细胞水平的膜微粒,其组成及生物特性因外界刺激不同而不同,在疾病发生发展过程中的意义也不同。内皮微粒与信息传递、凝血、炎症、血管损伤及再生等有关,在病理条件下内皮微粒在血液中的浓度显著升高,可在许多肾脏疾病中被检测出来,因此,内皮微粒与肾脏疾病有关,可能在肾脏疾病的诊断及治疗方面起一定作用。 Endothelial microparticles are a hotspot in recent years.They are a class of subcellular-level membrane microparticles released by endothelial cells under the stimulation of activation and apoptosis.Their composition and biological characteristics are different due to external stimuli.The meaning is different in the process of disease development.Endothelial particles are associated with information transmission,coagulation,inflammation,vascular injury,and regeneration.Under pathological conditions,the concentration of endothelial particles in the blood is significantly elevated and can be detected in many kidney diseases.Therefore,endothelial particles are associated with kidney disease,which may play a role in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease.
