生态文明是继农业文明、工业文明之后又一全新的文明观,其强调人类在追求富有生产成果权利的同时,应该保持与自然的和谐关系,而生态文明建设就是践行人与自然和谐的必经之路。村镇作为生态文明建设的重地,其环境污染有其特殊性,必须结合村镇本身的特点,采取针对性治理措施。农村污染的治理必须结合农业生产,打造循环产业平台,实现治理的可持续性,同时还要理清社会、环境、生态三大关系,找到农村问题的根源,最终实现天地人的循环统一,为建设村镇生态文明服务。

Ecological civilization is a new civilization after agricultural civilization and indus phasizes that human beings should maintain a harmonious relationship with nature while pursuing the right to productive production.Ecological civilization construction is the necessary practice to achieve the harmony between human and nature.Villages are the key areas to the construction of ecological civilization.The environmental pollution has its own particularity and the remediation must be combined with the characteristics of the village itself to adopt targeted governance.It must not be copied from other practices or followed the uone method fits all strategy.The treatment of rural pollution must be combined with agricultural production to build the circular industry platform and achieve the sustainability of governance.At the same time,we must also clarify the three major relationships between society,environment and ecology,in order to find the roots of rural problems,to ultimately realize the harmony of human and nature,and to serve the construction of villages and towns ecological civilization.
