海南岛铺前湾浮游动物群落结构初步研究

Community Structure of Zooplankton in Puqian Bay,Hainan Island

在显微镜分析的基础上,对海南岛铺前湾浮游动物群落结构进行了初步研究,结果表明:2010年夏季,铺前湾浮游动物共29种,优势种为无节幼体、诺氏麻铃虫、坚长腹剑水蚤等11种;平均生物密度为2039.10ind./m3;多样性指数为2.90～3.53,丰富度为0.84～1.65,均匀度为0.84～0.96。冬季,铺前湾浮游动物共27种,优势种为溞状幼虫、小拟哲水蚤等5种;平均生物密度为2634.79ind./m3;多样性指数为1.20～3.69,丰富度为0.76～2.30,均匀度为0.36～0.94。参照生物指数评价标准,铺前湾水质状况总体较好。

With the microscope analysis of the zooplankton samples,which were sampled from Puqian Bay in 2010,a preliminary study on the community structure of zooplankton was carried out.The results showed that,in summer,29 species were identified,dominant species were 11 species,such as NaupliusfLeptotintinnus nordguisti,Oithona rigi-da;ih.e average density was 2039.10ind./m^3;Shannon-Weaver index was 2.90-3.53,species richness was 0.84-L65,and evenness index was 0.84-0.96.In winter,27 species were identified,dominant species were 5 species,such as Megalopa larva and Paraclanus parvus;the average density was 2634.79ind./m^3;Shannon-Weaver index was 1.203.69,species richness was 0.76-2.30,and evenness index was 0.36-0.94.According to the criteria for evaluation of biological index,the water quality of Puqian Bay was inrelatively good condition.
