安徽省秸秆综合利用产业示范园区建设的现状及对策

Current Situation Countermeasures of the Construction of Industrial Demonstration Zone for Comprehensive Utilization of Straw in Anhui Province

由于农作物秸秆焚烧对大气产生可预见的危害及秸秆资源的浪费,为此国家及安徽省出台了一系列的措施推进秸秆综合利用产业示范园区建设。该文结合安徽省秸秆产量分布现状,提供产业示范园区的合理布局,并围绕目前秸秆产业示范园区建设过程中存在的问题提出针对性的意见。

Because of the foreseeable harm of crop straw incineration to the atmosphere and the waste of straw resources,the state and Anhui province have issued a series of measures to promote the construction of industrial demonstration zones for the comprehensive utilization of straw.Based on the current situation of straw yield distribution in Anhui Province,this paper provides a reasonable layout of the industrial demonstration park,and puts forward pertinent opinions on the problems existing in the construction process of the industrial demonstration park.
