摘要
以吉林省县域为例,采用耦合协调度模型探讨交通可达性与经济发展耦合协调状况。结果显示:(1)吉林省县域可达性水平差异较大、交通基础设施发展相对不均衡;可达性优势区集中分布于中部平原地区,劣势区主要为省域东部地区县域;(2)吉林省县域经济协调发展进程缓慢,且具有显著的地域分异特征,地级城市发展水平较高,但辐射能力不强,省域东西部地区县域整体发展水平不足,并出现连片发展趋势;(3)地级城市及中部都市圈县耦合度整体较高,在东、西部大多县域均处于低度耦合状态,其经济发展水平与交通基础设施建设呈现出明显的"错位"现象;县域交通可达性水平-经济发展耦合协调度与城镇等级、地形呈现出显著正相关性。因此,应提升省域东西部地区核心城镇资源集聚能力,合理配置区域交通资源、完善边缘县域交通基础设施,促进区域联动发展。
Taking Jilin Province as an example,the coupling coordination degree model was applied to explore the coupling coordination degree of traffic accessibility and economic development on the county level.The results show that:(1)The accessibility levels of the counties in Jilin Province were quite different,and the development of traffic infrastructure was relatively uneven;(2)The coordinated development of county economy in Jilin Province was slow and with significant geographical differentiation.The development level of prefecture-level cities was relatively high but the radiation capacity is insufficient.The overall development level of counties in the eastern and western regions of the province was insufficient and there appeared a trend of contiguous development;(3)The coupling degree of the prefecture-level cities and central metropolitan areas was relatively high.Most of the counties in the eastern and western regions were in a low coupling state,and their economic development level and traffic infrastructure construction showed a obvious"dislocation"phenomenon.The coupling coordination degree between the traffic accessibility and economic development on county level showed a significant positive correlation with urban level and terrain.This study proposed the a few measures,such as improving the agglomeration capacity of central urban resources in the east and west of the province,rationally allocating regional transportation resources,improving the traffic infrastructure of the border counties,and promoting regional linkage development.
