Experience of Dachaihu Decoction in Hepatic Carcinoma with Syndrome Differentiation and Disease Differentiation Treatment

大柴胡汤为小柴胡汤合小承气汤化裁而成,和解少阳,通下里实,广泛应用于消化系统疾病。本文介绍临床运用大柴胡汤加减治疗原发性肝癌相关的黄疸、肝功能异常、发热等病症,每获良效,可为临床提供借鉴。

Dachaihu Decoction is from Xiaochaihu Decoction and Xiaochengqi Decoction, which can reconcile Shaoyang and purge accumulation internally, and can be used for gastrointestinal system diseases. This article described the clinical application of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma related to jaundice, liver dysfunction, fever and other diseases, each of which was effective and could provide references for clinic.
