江西中医药大学姚荷生研究室中医门诊部2016年中药饮片处方用药分析

Analysis on Prescriptions of TCM Decoction Pieces in TCM Outpatient Department of YAO Hesheng Research Room of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2016

目的为中药饮片临床合理使用及采购提供参考。方法抽取江西中医药大学姚荷生研究室(以下简称"我室")中医门诊部2016年中药饮片处方19115张,对处方药味数、使用剂量、使用频率、功效类别等进行统计分析。结果我室中医门诊中药饮片处方药味数以11～15味居多;剂量使用频率最高的是10 g,实际使用剂量与现行《中华人民共和国药典》规定剂量有部分出入;炙甘草、茯苓、岷当归、白芍、法半夏的使用频率分列前5位,使用频率均超过20%;按中药饮片功能分类,使用频率排前3位为补益药、清热药、解表药。结论补益药、清热药、解表药在我室中医门诊疾病治疗用药中占有重要地位。

Objective To provide references for clinical rational use and procurement of TCM decoction pieces. Methods Totally 19 115 pieces of prescriptions of TCM decoction pieces from TCM outpatient department of YAO Hesheng Research Room of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as "our room") were collected. Statistical analysis of prescription number, dosage, frequency of use, and efficacy category was conducted. Results The number of prescriptions of TCM decoction pieces in our room was mostly 11 to 15;the highest use frequency was 10 g in the dosage, and the actual dosage used was partially different from the current Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China;the top 5 use frequency was Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Mella, Poria, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Paeonize Radix Alba, and Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum, and the use frequency was over 20%. According to the functional classification of TCM decoction pieces, the top 3 were tonifying medicine, clearing-heat medicine and relieving exterior syndrome medicine. Conclusion Tonifying medicine, clearing-heat medicine and relieving exterior syndrome medicine play an important role in the disease treatment in TCM outpatient of our room.
