摘要
以软模板法为基础,选用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)作为模板,对合成α-Fe_2O_3纳米管的实验条件进行了相应的探索研究,考察了沉淀剂种类、表面活性剂浓度以及反应体系中铁盐的浓度等条件对于反应产物形貌特征的影响,并用SEM、TEM以及X射线衍射等手段对所合成样品进行相应的表征。结果表明,当SDBS的添加量为1.4 mmol,铁盐添加量为0.5 g时可以得到管径在100 nm左右,管长可达1μm左右的α-Fe_2O_3纳米管材料。
The experimental conditions for preparation ofα-Fe 2O 3 nanotubes have been investigated by soft template method and using sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)as a template.The morphology of the preparedα-Fe 2O 3 nanotubes were affected by the precipitant type,surfactant concentration and iron salt concentration in the reaction process.Finally,α-Fe 2O 3 nanotubes with a diameter about 100 nm and a tube length about 1μm were obtained.The synthetic products were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmissionelectron microscopy and scanning electron microscope.The results show that when the amount of SDBS is 1.4 mmol and the amount of iron salt is 0.5 g,α-Fe 2O 3 nanotubes with a diameter of about 100 nm and a tube length of about 1μm can be obtained.
