摘要
以硅酸钠和四氯化钛为主要原料,制备了新型聚硅酸钛絮凝剂PTSC,考察Si/Ti摩尔比、pH值和活化时间对PTSC絮凝剂强化混凝处理模拟废水性能的影响。结果表明,在Si/Ti摩尔比为0.5,pH值为9,活化时间在12~48 h时,所制备的PTSC絮凝剂对高岭土-腐殖酸模拟废水混凝性能较优。将其用于实际焦化废水混凝预处理后,对浊度、UV254、COD和DOC都具有较好的去除性能,去除率分别达到55%,11%,25%,30%。
A new type of PTSC(poly titanium-silicate-chloride)flocculant was prepared with sodium silicate and titanium tetrachloride as the main raw materials.The effects of the molar ratio of Si/Ti,pH and activation time on the PTSC flocculation behaviors of simulated wastewater were investigated.The results showed that the obtained PTSC,prepared under the condition of the Si/Ti molar 0.5,pH 9 and the activation time was within 12~48 h,had the best coagulation performance for kaolin-humic acid simulated wastewater.After being used in the actual coking wastewater coagulation pretreatment,it was found that the PTSC also exhibited high removal of turbidity,UV 254,COD and DOC,which could reach 55%,11%,25%and 30%,respectively.
