摘要 随着社会、经济的发展及人们认知的提高,脑科学研究已成为全世界科学研究的热点之一。新兴技术的出现极大促进了脑科学研究,为揭示大脑功能、运作机制和治疗脑疾病方面起到了重要作用。通过脑科学的基础研究、临床研究和基于脑研究大数据信息的挖掘,为类脑研究项目的开展奠定了基础。同时,脑的发育与衰老、学习与记忆、认知与情绪、意识与精神及各脑区的结构功能研究成为人类不断认识世界、认识自我、超越自我的最终挑战。脑科学研究被称为生命科学最后的疆域,是现代认知科学乃至整个生命科学面临的最大挑战,因此,脑科学研究对提高人们的健康水平、生活质量和创新能力具有重要的现实意义。 With the development of society and economy and the improvement of people's cognition, brain science has become one of the hotspots of scientific research all over the world. Emerging technologies have greatly promoted brain scientific research and played an important role in aspects of revealing brain function, operating mechanism and treating cerebral diseases. Though the basic research of brain, clinical and big data information mining based on brain study and that it lays a foundation for the research of brain-like intelligence technology. And meanwhile, the study of brain development and aging, learning and memory, cognition and emotion, consciousness and spirit, and the structure and function of brain regions has become the ultimate challenge for human beings to continuously understand the world, self-knowledge and self-transcendence. Brain research was called the last frontier of life science, and it is the biggest challenge of modern cognitive science and even the whole life science. Therefore, brain research has important practical significance for improving people's health level, quality of life and innovation ability.
