重庆市绿色生态住宅(绿色建筑)小区技术应用现状与对策浅析

Analysis on Technical Application and Countermeasures of Eco-residential Building(Green Building) in Chongqing

绿色生态住宅小区是重庆市绿色建筑发展的重要组成部分,发展十余年来,为重庆市绿色生态建设、人居环境品质提升发挥了重要作用。该文结合重庆市已建成的163个绿色生态住宅(绿色建筑)小区项目,分析了绿色生态住宅(绿色建筑)小区的技术应用现状,总结了技术应用中存在的一些问题,提出几点推动绿色生态住宅(绿色建筑)小区(以下简称"生态小区")技术体系深入落实的建议,以供参考。

Green eco-residential community is an important part of the development of green buildings in Chongqing. Over the past ten years, it has played an important role in the green ecological construction and the improvement of the quality of human settlements in Chongqing. Combined with 163 green eco-residential building (green building) community projects that have been built in Chongqing, this paper analyzes the technical application situation of green eco-residential buildings (green buildings), summarizes some problems existing in the application, and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the in-depth implementation of the technical system for the eco-residential building (green building) community (hereinafter referred to as "eco-residential community") for reference.
