绿色生态住宅小区是推进绿色建筑发展,城乡建设领域建设生态文明的重要载体,自2005年以来,通过不断总结经验,完善制度与修订标准,绿色生态小区品质不断提升。2018年完成了对原《绿色生态住宅(绿色建筑)小区建设技术规程》(DBJ 50/T-039-2015)的修订,重庆市生态住宅小区建设标准、技术要求进一步提升。该文对修订后发布实施的《绿色生态住宅(绿色建筑)小区建设技术标准》(DBJ 50/T-039-2018)进行解析,提出实施标准要求的具体建议,供行业人士参考。

Eco-residential building is an important carrier of promoting green building development and ecological civilization in urban and rural construction field. Since 2005, the quality of green and eco-residential building (green building) district has been continuously improved, based on summarized experience, improved systems and revised standards. In 2018, the original The Technical Standard for Eco-residential Building (Green Building) Construction (DBJ 50/T-039-2015) was amended, thus the construction standards and technical requirements for eco-residential building (green buildings) district has been further improved. This paper interprets and analyzes the main contents of the revised Technical Standard for Eco-residential Building (Green Building) Construction (DBJ 50/T-039-2018), and puts forward specific suggestions for the implementation of the standard requirements.
