烟气循环烧结工艺中富氧和焦炉煤气喷吹的优化 被引量:3

Process optimization of oxygen enrichment and coke oven gas injection in iron ore sintering with flue gas recirculation

摘要 利用铁矿石烟气循环烧结的静态工艺模型,研究了富氧、焦炉煤气喷吹及其组合使用对铁矿石烟气循环烧结工艺的固体燃料消耗和污染物排放的影响.结果表明:基准烟气循环烧结工艺中,焦粉单耗为44.284 kg/t,CO_2、SO_2和烟气排放量分别为339.123、1.306和2 060.478 kg/t;采用富氧率为7.0%优化工艺,焦粉单耗减少了0.64%,CO_2、SO_2和烟气排放量分别减少了8.86%、10.34%和20.37%;采用焦炉煤气喷吹量为0.5%优化工艺,焦粉单耗减少了8.69%,CO_2、SO_2和烟气排放量分别减少了3.06%、2.3%和2.74%;采用富氧率为7.0%,焦炉煤气喷吹比例为0.5%的综合工艺,焦粉单耗减少了9.59%,CO_2、SO_2和烟气排放量分别减少了11.84%、9.57%和22.65%. By using the previously developed process model of iron ore sintering with flue gas recirculation,effects of oxygen enrichment,coke oven gas injection and their combination on coke powder consumption and pollutants emissions of the sintering process were studied.The results showed that,the coke powder consumption was 44.284 kg/t,and the CO2,SO2 and total flue gas emissions were 339.123 kg/t,1.306 kg/t and 2 060.478 kg/t respectively in the base case of iron ore sintering process with flue gas recirculation.In the case with 7.0%oxygen enrichment,the coke powder consumption decreased by 0.64%,and the emissions of CO 2,SO 2 and total flue gas reduced by 8.86%,10.34%and 20.37%,respectively.In the case with 0.5%coke oven gas injection,the coke powder consumption decreased by 8.69%,and the emissions of CO 2,SO 2 and total flue gas reduced by 3.06%,2.3%and 2.74%respectively.With combination of 7.0%oxygen enrichment and 0.5%coke oven gas injection,the coke powder consumption decreased by 9.59%,and the emissions of CO2,SO2 and total flue gas reduced by 11.84%,9.57%and 22.65%respectively.
