非物质文化遗产传承与城市文化建设互助研究

Research on Mutual Assistance in the Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage and Urban Culture Construction

非物质文化遗产通过记忆与空间的方式表征城市文化,城市文化建设为非遗传承提供新的机遇。通过文献研究、问卷调查、田野调查等发现,目前城市普遍面临城市文化建设中非遗的融入过于扁平和机械、对非遗的文化认同存在断层、非遗的生产性保护与市场需求仍在磨合的现实困境。非遗传承与城市文化建设应该互助推进:一是多规融合,将非遗的保护与传承科学地融入城市文化建设的子项目中;二是建立健全教育宣传长效机制和评估考核体系,推动基层非遗传承专业化,提升城市文化知识生产;三是将非遗传承纳入城市公共文化服务体系建设,通过服务产品供给与社区营造项目实现文化认同与异质文化共生;四是探索非遗知识产权+新兴技术+新型传播方式的多产业链发展模式,以非遗的跨界融合发展助推城市文化提升。

Intangible cultural heritage characterizes urban culture through memory and space,whereas the construction of urban culture provides new opportunities for the heritage.Through litera.ture research,questionnaire survey,field investigation and other methods,this paper has found that the construction of urban culture faces many problems,such as the rigid integration of the intangible cultural heritage,the fracture of identification of the intangible cultural heritage,and the incomplete exploration of productive protection and market demand.Therefore,this paper puts forward some coop.eration strategies of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and the urban culture construction.First of all,we should integrate the protection of intangible cultural heritage into the subprojects of urban culture construction.In addition,We need to establish and improve the long-term mechanism of education and the system of assessment to promote the specialization of inheritance and the production of cultural knowledge in the city.Besides,we should bring the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage into the construction of the urban public culture service system,and rebuild cultural identity and the symbiosis of heterogeneous culture through service products supply and community building projects.What’s more,We should explore the development model of the industry chain with“intellec.tual property right of intangible cultural heritage+new technology+new mode of propagation”,promoting the urban culture construction with the trans-boundary development of intangible cultural heritage.
