摘要
某炼油厂装置持续处于低负荷运行,使得该厂汽油产品调合成本很高。通过分析汽油产品中烯烃含量和国家标准有一定差距,所以汽油基础油辛烷值提高空间较大,为此可以降低汽油调合成本。通过优化操作、调整催化剂配方等措施将汽油基础油辛烷值由89.5提高到91以上,降低了汽油调合成本,实现了装置高效安全运行。
The units of an oil refinery have been in continuous low load operation, and this made the gasoline product blending cost of this refinery very high. The analysis showed that the olefin content in the gasoline has a certain gap. Therefore, there is large space for increasing the octane number of the base oil, so the gasoline blending cost can be reduced. By taking measures inclusive of optimizing operation and adjusting catalyst recipe, the octane number of the base oil of gasoline was increased from 89.5 to above 91,the gasoline blending cost was reduced, and the efficient and safe operation of the units has been realized.
