摘要
哈尔滨石化公司加氢改质装置加热炉由于运行方式和工况的改变,致使加热炉的对流段不具备生产3.5 MPa蒸汽的条件。对加热炉外部炉管进行了改造,对流段1.0 MPa蒸汽由于取热能力有限,加热炉排烟温度高,尤其在高反应温度的情况下有烧坏蒸汽炉管的风险。2016年再次进行技术改造,将分馏塔进料配至反应加热炉对流段取热,解决了加氢反应加热炉高风险运行的生产难题。
The convection section of hydro-upgrading unit of PetroGhina Harbin Petrochemical Company had not possessed condition for production of 3.5 MPa steam because the change of operation mode and operating condition of hydro-upgrading furnace. Simple transformation was made to the external tubes of the furnace. The convection section5 s 1.0 MPa steam had a limited heat removal capacity, and the heating furnace exhaust gas temperature was high, especially under the high processing capacity and high reaction temperature, in which there will be risk of burnout of steam furnace tube. In 2016, technical transformation was made again, the feed stock of fractionating tower was distributed to heating furnace for convection section heat removal, thus the production difficulty of high-risk operation offurnace for hydrogenation furnace.
