摘要
通过焦粉颗粒与雾滴耦合沉降试验找到雾滴沉降焦粉颗粒规律,结合焦炭塔油气中焦粉粒径分布情况推算出合适的雾滴颗粒直径。根据正常生产时急冷油操作参数、塔口位置参数及易结焦位置选出合适的喷嘴,确定喷嘴数量、特定参数。项目应用后有效的降低了油气中的焦粉含量,延缓焦炭塔塔口和油气线结焦速度。
The law of coke droplet settling was found through the coupling settling test of coke powder particles and droplets, and the appropriate diameter of coke droplet was calculated according to the distribution of coke particle size in coke tower oil and gas. According to the operation parameters of quench oil in normal production, the position parameters of tower mouth and the easy coking position, the suitable nozzles are selected to determine the number of nozzles and specific parameters. After the application in the project, the coke powder content in oil and gas is effectively reduced, and the coking speed of coke tower entrance and oil and gas line is delayed.
