摘要
目的分析我国口腔医师在2013年至2015年间的变化趋势,了解口腔医师的配置现状和诊疗负担情况,为进一步优化配置口腔医师提供依据。方法采用文献研究法,横向和纵向相比较,对口腔医师人数、每口腔医师负担的门急诊人次数、口腔医师人口学数据等进行分析。结果近3年,口腔医师人数呈现稳定增长,每口腔医师负担的门急诊人次数高于每医师负担的门急诊人次数,口腔医师专业技术职务集中在中初级水平。结论通过相关措施优化资源配置,加强口腔医师的继续教育和培训,向基层倾斜口腔卫生人力,更好地发挥口腔医师资源效用。
Objective To analyze the trends of stomatologist numbers in China from 2013 to 2015,to understand the distribution and workload of stomatologists,and to provide reference for optimizing the distribution of stomatologists.Methods The literature research method was used to compare the number of stomatologists,person-time of emergency and outpatient visit per stomatologist,and the demographic data of stomatologists.Results In the past 3 years,the number of stomatologists showed a steady growth.In the past 3 years,the person-time of emergency and outpatient visit per stomatologist was higher than the person-time of emergency and outpatient visit per physician.The stomatologists were mainly of junior and intermediate professional title.Conclusion The human resources of stomatologists should be better utilized with optimization of resource distribution,strengthening of continuous education and training,and increasing of stomatology human resources in the grassroot level.
