护士长分级授权在骨科优质护理服务管理中的应用

Application of Head Nurse Grading Authorization in Orthopedic Nursing Service Quality Management

目的探讨护士长分级授权赋能在骨科优质护理服务病区管理中的应用效果。方法 2017年7月至12月应用护士长分级授权赋能进行管理并设为观察组,2017年1月至6月应用常规管理设为对照组,比较各组护理质量、护士工作满意度。结果观察组一级护理服务项目落实率、住院患者满意率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组护士工作满意度各项指标及总体评价评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在骨科优质护理服务病区管理中,应用护士长分级授权赋能可提高护理质量,具有增强患者及护士工作满意度等重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of head nurse grading authorization in the management of orthopedic wards with quality nursing services.Methods From July to December 2017,the head nurse grading authorization was adopted and the nursing management of this period was set as the observation group.From January to June 2017,the routine management was adopted and the nursing management of this period was set as the control group.The nursing quality and nurses'job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of first-level nursing services and the satisfaction rate of inpatients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The score of all the indicators of job satisfaction and the total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion In the management of orthopedic wards with quality nursing services,the application of head nurse grading authorization can improve the nursing quality and enhance the patients'satisfaction and nurses'job satisfaction.
