Reflections on Tutoring Undergraduate Thesis in the Teaching Hospital

医院药学部门应当加强本科毕业论文规范化管理,提高指导老师的科研水平和带教水平,建立论文质量评价体系和监督体系,对带教水平进行评估,完善带教队伍,提升毕业论文质量。药学部门更应发挥部门的学科优势,多带教与临床或临床药学相关方向的毕业论文,为社会输送更多的"应用型"人才。

The pharmacy department of the hospital should strengthen the standardized management of undergraduate thesis,improve the level of scientific research and teaching of the tutors,establish a quality evaluation and supervision system for the thesis,evaluate the level of tutoring,improve the tutoring team,so as to improve the quality of the undergraduate thesis.The pharmacy department should give full play to its disciplinary advantages by tutoring more graduation thesis in clinical practice or clinical pharmacy,to provide more“application-oriented”talents for the society.
