整体护理干预对狂犬病暴露者疫苗全程接种依从性的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of holistic nursing intervention on the compliance of rabies exposed persons with whole course vaccination

目的探讨整体护理干预对狂犬病暴露者疫苗全程接种依从性的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2018年4月我中心接收的560例狂犬病暴露患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组均为280例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加用整体护理干预,比较2组患者的疫苗全程接种依从性和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组依从性为96.43%,明显高于对照组的67.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为3.21%,明显低于对照组的10.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预能够有效提高狂犬病暴露者疫苗全程接种依从性,且有助于降低不良反应发生,对护患关系改善有积极意义,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the compliance of rabies exposed persons with whole course vaccination.Methods 560 patients exposed to rabies in our center from May 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Random number table method was used to divide them into control group and research group,with 280 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given holistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Comparisons were made between the two groups on the compliance of whole course vaccination and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The compliance of the study group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.86%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.21%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.71%,P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of rabies exposures to the whole course of vaccination,and help to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It has positive significance to improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
