老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期应用优质护理的效果分析

Analysis of effect of high quality nursing during the perioperative period in the elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture

目的分析老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期给予优质护理的效果。方法将我院2015年8月—2017年10月期间收治的老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者80例随机分为2组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组采用围术期优质护理,观察2组患者护理效果。结果研究组住院时间、下床活动时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组护理前SAS、SDS、SES评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,SES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组护理前NRS、PSQI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期实施优质护理,可提高护理质量,在改善患者负性情绪、缓解疼痛等方面作用突出,值得推广。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effects of high quality nursing during the perioperative period in the elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures and who treated in our hospital from August,2015 to October,2017 were divided into two groups by the 1:1 random number method for discussion,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were received routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the study group were received high quality nursing.Then,the nursing effects of two groups of patients were observed,such as the pain,psychological and emotional,and were compared.Results The hospitalization time and the time of ambulation in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS,SDS and SES were compared between the two groups,and the difference of data before nursing was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the nursing,the score of SAS and SDS in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the SES score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NRS and PSQI scores betwen the two groups were compared,and there was no statistical significance before nursing(P>0.05).After the nursing,the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that high quality nursing can be applied in the perioperative period of elderly patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture,compared with conventional nursing,the quality of nursing is higher,and it has prominent role in improving patients'negative emotion and alleviating pain,thus it can be widely used.
