甲状腺瘤患者行甲状腺切除术的精细化护理效果观察

The effect of fine care on thyroid tumor patients receiving thyroidectomy

目的探讨甲状腺瘤患者行甲状腺切除术采用精细化护理的效果。方法将我科2016年1月—2018年1月收治的80例甲状腺瘤行甲状腺切除术患者分为常规组(n=40,常规护理)、精细组(n=40,精细化护理),对比其护理效果。结果精细组患者术后1 d的负性情绪、疼痛、睡眠质量评分及并发症发生率、护理满意度均较常规组更优(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺瘤患者甲状腺切除术中行精细化护理可改善预后,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of fine nursing on thyroidectomy in patients with thyroid tumor.Methods 80 cases of thyroidectomy with thyroidectomy from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into routine group(n=40,routine care)and fine group(n=40,fine care).The nursing effect of the program.Results The negative emotions,pain,sleep quality scores,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were better in the fine group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The meticulous nursing of thyroidectomy in patients with thyroid tumor can improve the prognosis of patients.
