摘要
目的探讨针对性健康教育对热性惊厥患儿及其家长心理、行为的影响。方法选择2011年1月—2012年8月120例热性惊厥患儿,随机分为传统组(n=60)、干预组(n=60)。传统组采用常规护理,干预组在此基础上对患儿家长实施针对性健康教育,对比2组护理效果。结果干预组患儿住院期间热性惊厥发作次数、退热时间、住院时间较传统组明显降低(P<0.05);干预组患儿家长护理后CPSS、SCL-90评分较传统组明显降低(P<0.05);干预组患儿5岁时行为状态评分较传统组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论针对性健康教育可有效改善热性惊厥患儿行为及家长的心理状态。
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted health education on psychological and behavioral changes in children with febrile seizures and their families.Methods From January 2011 to August 2012,120 cases of children with febrile seizures were divided into the traditional group(n=60)and the intervention group(n=60).The traditional group was given traditional nursing intervention and the intervention group Parents also targeted health education for comparison.Results The number of febrile seizures,antipyretic time and hospital stay in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The scores of CPSS and SCL-90 in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The scores of behavioral state at 5 years old in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted health education can improve the behavior and parental psychology of children with febrile seizures.
