护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者康复依从性的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者康复依从性的影响。方法选取2015年5月—2016年11月我院70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各35例。观察组实施护理干预,对照组进行常规护理,比较2组患者康复依从率、复发率以及肺功能检测优良率。结果观察组患者的康复依从性与肺功能检测优良率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用护理干预,能够有效提升其康复依从性,降低复发率,改善患者的肺功能,值得在临床上进行推广。

Objective This study was to investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group(35 cases).The observation group was treated with nursing intervention,The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the compliance rate,recurrence rate and lung function test were compared between the two groups.Results The survival rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease care intervention,can effectively improve the rehabilitation of patients with compliance,and can reduce the recurrence rate of patients to improve the patient's lung function test excellent rate,worthy of clinical wide promotion.
