预防高龄患者压疮形成的护理干预措施研究

To study the nursing intervention to prevent the formation of the elderly patients with pressure ulcers

目的探讨预防高龄患者压疮的护理干预措施。方法选取我院老年科40例72岁～92岁脑梗死后遗症患者,实施压疮预防的护理干预。结果通过心理护理、体位护理、饮食护理、健康教育等多方位护理干预措施的实施,40例患者均未发生压疮,患者的生存质量较好。结论有效的综合护理干预措施可以显著降低高龄患者压疮发生率,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention measures for preventing pressure ulcer in senile patients.Methods To selected the elderly patients aged 72 to 92 years old with cerebral infarction in our hospital,than to implement pressure sore to prevent nursing intervention.Results After the intervention of nursing interventions such as psychological nursing,postural nursing,diet nursing and health education,none of the 40 elderly patients in the aged patients had pressure ulcers,and the quality of life of the patients was better.Conclusion Effective comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in elderly patients,and it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
