自由体位+分娩球在初产妇助产护理中的应用效果评价

The effect of free position + delivery ball in midwifery nursing of primary mothers

目的探讨自由体位+分娩球在初产妇助产护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7月—2018年6月在我院分娩的初产妇120例,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用常规助产护理,观察组在此基础上给予自由体位+分娩球,对比2组的产程、分娩状况、产后出血量、满意度。结果观察组第一、第二、第三产程用时依次(403.52±10.51)min、(43.11±8.41)min、(6.41±1.71)min,均分别少于对照组的(499.41±17.60)min、(58.42±9.51)min、(10.52±1.60)min,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组阴道分娩率(63.33%)高于对照组(36.67%),存在统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组产后平均出血量(215.22±25.14)mL,少于对照组的(282.13±40.56)ml,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组总满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论将自由体位+分娩球运用于初产妇的助产护理中,不但可以使产程缩短,而且可以有效提升阴道分娩率、护理满意度,同时还可使产后出血量减少。

Objective To explore the effect of free position+delivery ball in midwifery care of first-time mothers.Methods 120 first-time mothers who gave birth in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases each by the random number table method.The two groups used conventional midwifery nursing,while the observation group used free position+delivery ball at the same time to summarize the delivery process,delivery status,postpartum blood loss and satisfaction of all subjects.Results The duration of the first,second and third labor of the observation group was successively(403.52+10.51)min,(43.11+8.41)min,(6.41+1.71)min,respectively less than that of the control group(499.41+17.60)min,(58.42+9.51)min and(10.52+1.60)min,showing statistical differences(P<0.05).The rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group(63.33%)was higher than that in the control group(36.67%),showing a statistical difference(P<0.05).The mean postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group(215.22+25.14)ml was less than that of the control group(282.13+40.56)ml,showing statistical differences(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),showing a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of free position plus delivery ball in the midwifery nursing activities of first-time mothers can not only shorten the length of labor,but also effectively improve the rate of vaginal delivery and nursing satisfaction,as well as reduce postpartum blood loss.
