快速康复护理在卵巢囊肿蒂扭转围术期护理中的应用研究

目的研究快速康复护理在卵巢囊肿蒂扭转围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月—2018年4月在我院接受治疗的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者66例,按照随机数字表法将其分为2组各33例,均行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗。对照组围术期实施常规护理,观察组围术期实施快速康复护理,观察2组术后康复时间、住院时间、心理状况、并发症及护理满意度。结果对照组肛门首次排气时间、下床活动时间、进食时间、住院时间均长于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前2组SDS、SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后对照组SDS、SAS评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组护理总满意度为75.76%,低于观察组的93.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者围术期实施快速康复护理干预,可有效促进术后身体功能恢复,改善心理状况,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of rapid recovery nursing in perioperative nursing of the torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle.Methods 66 patients with torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle treated in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 33 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,control group was given perioperative routine nursing,while observation group was given perioperative rapid recovery nursing.The postoperative rehabilitation time,hospital stays,mental state,complications and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed.Results The first anal exhaust time,off-bed activity time,feeding time,hospital stays in control group were higher than those in observation group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of SDS and SAS in control group were higher than those in observation group(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);The total nursing satisfaction in control group[75.76%(25/33)]was lower than observation group[93.94%(31/33)](P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative rapid recovery nursing intervention for patients with torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle can effectively promote postoperative recovery,accelerate the process of rehabilitation,shorten hospital stays,and increase nursing satisfaction.
