摘要
在液压支架结构件拼焊过程中,存在着多道拼接和焊接工序,各个工序有序地进行,需要对不同工序的产量进行合理的安排。为了优化生产过程中的排产和计划情况,使生产的效率有所提高,根据智能焊接机器人的生产力情况,结合人工拼焊生产力情况,实行了该智能排产模式。以液压支架中的顶梁为例,对智能焊接排产模式进行阐述和分析,实验分析表明,该智能焊接排产模式在实际应用中能有效提高生产效率,并且可根据生产任务的不同,灵活地调配生产计划。
In the process of seam welding of hydraulic support structural parts,there were multiple splicing and welding processes,and each process was carried out in an orderly manner,which requires reasonable arrangement of the output of different processes.In order to optimize the scheduling and planning in the production process,the efficiency of production has been improved.According to the productivity of intelligent welding robots,combined with the productivity of artificial tailor welding,the intelligent scheduling mode has been implemented.Taking the top beam in the hydraulic support as an example,the intelligent welding scheduling mode was explained and analyzed.The experimental analysis showed that the intelligent welding scheduling mode could effectively improved the production efficiency in practical applications,and it could be flexible dispatch production plan,which according to different production tasks.
