大规格镀锌钢丝绳生产工艺研究

Study on the Production Process of Large Size Galvanized Steel Wire Rope

介绍了大规格镀锌钢丝绳的生产过程以及存在的问题和解决方法。提出了大规格钢丝绳的收线轴的设计理念以及设计中应当注意的问题,解决了Zn-5%Al镀层钢丝的拉拔过程中存在的锌层脱落、钢丝韧性不合格等问题。对盘条直拔钢丝的可行性进行了论证。通过改进拉拔工艺,保证了钢丝的锌层重量。对钢丝绳捻制过程中存在的子绳鼓起、股绳松散等问题提出了解决方法。

This paper introduces the production process of large size galvanized wire rope, some problems and solutions in the production process. In this paper, some design ideas of the wheel with large size wire rope and some problems should be noticed in the design are proposed. Problems of zinc layer falling off, unqualified toughness of steel wire produced in the drawing process of Zn-5 % Al steel wire are solved. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of wire pulling from wirerod. The zinc layer weight of steel wire is ensured by improving the drawing process. The solutions to the problems such as the bulging of the rope and the looseness of the rope are put forward.
