摘要
介绍了采用X射线荧光光谱分析法检测硅铝钙钡合金中的Si、Al、Ca、Ba元素含量的方法。介绍了熔剂、助熔剂脱模剂和电熔炉熔样时间的选择,标准工作曲线的建立以及准确度和精密度验证结果。结果表明该方法可以满足日常分析工作的要求。
Detection of Si, Al, Ca and Ba in Si, Al, Ca, barium and barium alloy by X ray spectrometry , determined by experiment that graphite powder melting sample is used to prepare glass fuse piece, instrument analysis condition and working curve drawing method. And through practical application, it shows that this method is consistent with chemical analysis method.This method improves the accuracy of the analysis element of the Si, Al, Ca, barium and barium alloy, and shortens the analysis time and improves the working efficiency.
