基于SPSS软件的纯镍等离子弧自熔焊工艺参数优化设计

摘要 采用等离子弧自熔焊对6mm纯镍N6板材进行焊接工艺试验,采用SPSS软件对焊接工艺参数进行正交设计优化。结果表明:采用等离子弧自熔焊方法可实现6 mm纯镍N6板材的单面焊双面成型;焊接电流对焊缝抗拉强度的影响最为显著,其次为离子气流量,第三为焊接速度。正交试验设计优化得到最优工艺参数为:焊接电流175 A,焊接速度170 mm/min,离子气流量1.5 L/min,该参数下施焊所得焊缝抗拉强度平均可达302 MPa,达到母材强度的87.3%,说明正交试验优化所得工艺参数是可靠的。 Welding process test of 6 mm pure nickel N6 plate is carried out by plasma arc welding(PAW).Based on a large number of technical tests by orthogonal design in earlier period,the welding parameters are optimized with statistical product and service solution software(SPSS).The results show that single pass double formed welding joint of 6 mm pure nickel N6 plate can be achieved by PAW.Welding current has the most significant effect on tensile strength of joint,followed by plasma gas flow and the third is the welding speed.So optimal process parameters obtained by orthogonal test design are as follows:welding current 175 A,welding speeding 170 mm/min and plasma gas flow 1.5 L/min.Average value of tensile strength of joint welded by those parameters can reach 302 MPa,which is up to 87.3% of the strength of base material and above result illustrate that the parameters obtained by orthogonal test design are reliable.
