摘要 稳定的轴封蒸汽温度对汽轮机安全运行至关重要。对某电厂汽轮机轴封蒸汽温度异常波动情况进行分析,指出汽温变化的原因是压力测点偏差造成蒸汽流量变化,进一步引起蒸汽混流不均区域移动,影响了蒸汽流测温的准确性。提出了调整低压轴封蒸汽压力测点及降低低压轴封进汽压力设定值等措施,有效解决了轴封蒸汽温度波动问题。 Stable temperature of shaft seal steam is very important for safe operation of steam turbine. Analyzing the abnormal temperature fluctuation of shaft seal steam in a steam turbine, it is pointed out that the change of steam temperature is due to the change of steam flow which results from the deviation of pressure measurement point. It further causes the movement of uneven steam mixed flow area and affects the measuring accuracy of steam flow temperature.Measures such as adjusting the pressure measuring point of the low-pressure shaft seal steam and reducing the set value of the inlet pressure of the low-pressure shaft seal steam are proposed, which effectively solves the problem of temperature fluctuation of the shaft seal steam.
