摘要
华能铜川照金电厂在双机投运后,一直受到不同程度的汽流激振的影响,高负荷时汽轮机#1,#2轴承振动值较高。通过分析汽流激振产生的原因,经过充分调研和论证,最终通过阀序优化法将汽流激振现象消除,从而达到提高机组接带负荷能力及保障机组安全性的目的。
Huaneng Tongchuan Zhaojin Power Plant has been affected by steam flow excited vibration in different degrees after the operation of 2 turbines. The No.1 and No.2 bearings have greater vibration within heavy load. By analyzing the causes of steam flow excitation, after thorough investigation and demonstration, the valve sequence optimization method is finally used to eliminate the steam flow excitation, so as to improve the load capacity of the units and ensure the safety of the units.
